Salary: Scale point 28–34 (£29,909–£34,665)
Annual Leave: 37 electable days, 8 statutory days, up to 5 Christmas closure days

Primary Responsibilities: Leadership of Learning Support programmes for students with SEND
Key Functions: Staff line management, intervention programmes, learner progress monitoring, EHCP outcome tracking
Educational Focus: Dyslexia support, learning difficulties and disabilities, SEMH needs
Operational Systems: ProMonitor, POL (Plumpton On Line)
Key Collaboration: Teaching and Learning department, curriculum staff, multi-agency partners
Required Qualification: Teaching qualification equivalent to DTLLS, Cert Ed, or PGCE with QTS/QTLS
Required Knowledge: SEND legislation, SEND reforms, EHCP processes
Institutional Policies Referenced: Equality & Diversity, Safeguarding, Health and Safety
Employment Period: All year round
