Responsible to: Operations Executive, Uru Arotau Acute and Elective Services; Operations Lead Planned Care; Clinical Executive Uru Arotau Acute and Elective Services; Medical Lead Orthopaedics through a nominated consultant
Functional relationships: Healthcare consumer; hospital and community-based healthcare workers
Primary objective: Facilitation of management of patients under the care of the Orthopaedics Service including outplaced patients at Crest Hospital
Run recognition: Two runs recognised as advanced training positions allocated to NZOA Education Subcommittee appointed trainees
Run rotation length: 4 months
