Role Summary:
The VAWG Key Worker will assess the needs of new residents at HMP New Hall, focusing on violence against women and girls, and collaborate with other agencies for appropriate referrals and support.
Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for intake of clients, identifying and assessing their support needs, managing case files, collaborating with agencies, and ensuring records are properly maintained.
Essential:
Strong IT skills, GCSE in Maths and English, experience in support roles with women, knowledge of issues faced by women, enhanced DBS check.
Desirable:
Experience in frontline service delivery, building partnerships, monitoring and reporting, and running training sessions.
