Line Manager: Cadet Executive Officer (CEO)
Location: Driffield (YO25 9HD), County-wide support
Employment Status: Full time, Crown Servant, Permanent Support Staff
Responsibilities: Management of County stores and equipment, logistics accounts under Defence Logistic Framework, supervision of Adventurous Training and Duke of Edinburgh equipment, site maintenance and utilities oversight, vehicle documentation and fleet support, inspection preparation
Membership Requirement: Membership of the Army Cadet Force subject to suitability
Clearances Required: Enhanced DBS Certificate and Security Clearance (SC)
Medical Requirement: Physical fitness and possible medical examination
Annual Camp Requirement: Attendance at County annual camp (generally 12–14 days or longer)
Volunteer Allowance: Eligible subject to Ministry of Defence regulations, up to 28 days per annum (maximum 50 days with higher authority approval)
Health and Safety Compliance: Adherence to HSY ACF Health and Safety Policy and Risk Assessments
Review Policy: Subject to periodic review by the RFCA
