Course Description: Two-semester course on legal analysis and communication
Attendance Policy: Minimum 80% attendance required, accommodations available through CDA or Dean of Students
Assessment: Complete/Incomplete for assignments, letter grades for final memoranda
Credit Hours: 3 per semester
Teaching Methodology: Lectures, videos, small-group discussion, large-group Q&A, hybrid instruction
Teaching Assistants: 3Ls trained in legal writing pedagogy, provide workshops, conferences, peer review, and consultation
Learning Outcomes: Legal practice fundamentals, legal analysis proficiency, small group collaboration, professional writing, citation competency
