This policy explains how refund requests are handled.
General
Payments are for access to a digital service. Once access is granted, refunds are generally not provided.
Possible refund cases
- You were charged but could not access the service
- A technical issue prevented proper use
- Duplicate or incorrect charges occurred
Non-refundable cases
- The service was accessed and used
- The content did not meet personal expectations
- The subscription was not cancelled before renewal
How to request
Send a request to support@speakdot.com within 48 hours of the charge.
Please include your account email and a brief explanation.
