This policy defines acceptable access, usage, download, query, and interaction limits for platform data, exports, analytics, search systems, and related services.

Platform Protection

4. API & Dataset Access

If APIs, bulk exports, or datasets are offered, their use remains subject to:

Subscription limitations
License restrictions
Traffic limitations
Redistribution prohibitions
Commercial usage restrictions

Availability of APIs or exports may change at any time.

5. Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

Create competing databases
Mirror substantial portions of the platform
Republish bulk listing data
Resell exported information
Overload infrastructure intentionally
Attempt to bypass technical restrictions
Use automated systems to evade limits

6. AI & Machine Learning Restrictions

Platform content, datasets, analytics, and exports may not be used for large-scale AI training, machine learning datasets, or automated commercial enrichment systems without explicit authorization.

7. Enforcement

The platform reserves the right to:

Monitor traffic patterns
Block abusive IP addresses
Restrict suspicious accounts
Limit excessive requests
Suspend data access
Terminate access without notice

8. No Guaranteed Availability

Access to listings, analytics, exports, datasets, or APIs is provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee uptime, response speed, data continuity, or permanent access to any feature.

9. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated, expanded, or modified at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated policies.
