Part 1 — Open the Listings Archive
SpeakDot Estate keeps a daily record of new listings added to the database. You can use the calendar to see how many listings were added on each date.
The Listings Archive calendar shows the number of new listings added on each day.
Part 2 — Select a Date
Each day with new listings shows the number of listings added to the database on that date.
Click the date you are interested in.
The selected date opens a separate page containing the listings added on that specific day.
Part 3 — View Listings Added on That Date
The results show properties that were added to the SpeakDot database on the selected date.
You can browse the listings and open the original property page directly from the listing.
Part 4 — Search Across Multiple Agencies
The archive is not limited to one real estate agency. Listings collected from different sources are included in the same database.
This allows you to see what appeared on the market on a particular day across multiple agencies and websites in the Dominican Republic.
Part 5 — Why Search by Date?
Looking at listings by date can help you understand what was entering the market at a particular point in time.
- See which properties appeared on the market on a specific day.
- Review new listings from multiple agencies in one place.
- Compare the number of new listings added on different dates.
- Identify periods with higher or lower listing activity.
- Follow how the market changes over time.
Part 6 — Example Use Cases
For Agents
- See which properties entered the market recently.
- Monitor new competing listings in a specific area.
- Review new listings from multiple agencies without checking every website separately.
For Buyers
- Find properties that recently appeared on the market.
- Compare new options from different agencies.
- Track new properties in a specific area over time.
Part 7 — Historical Market Activity
Because the calendar keeps historical dates, you can go back to previous months and review how many new listings were added each day.
This gives you a simple way to look back at the flow of new listings and see how market activity changed over time.
