GGS 311 is an introductory course in Geographic Information Systems. Topics include data structures, geodesy, spatial data analyses, and cartographic modeling.
Course Goals:
To spark curiosity about GIS and its applications in solving problems.
Learning Outcomes:
Students will develop proficiency in GIS, remote sensing, spatial analysis, and cartographic design.
