Objective: To determine the effects of tibiofemoral joint mobilisation on pain and range of motion in patients with patellofemoral pain syndrome.
Methods: Randomised control trial, 60 participants, divided into control and experimental groups, conducted over 4 weeks.
Conclusion: Tibiofemoral joint mobilisations combined with stretching and strengthening exercises were more effective in reducing pain and improving range of motion.
