Provide a description of the facility inspection schedule for the following: The equipment: Monitoring equipment. Emergency and safety equipment (Respirators, alarms, fire protection, etc.). Security devices (Surveillance system, barriers, locking devices). Operating and structural equipment that are vital to prevent, detect, or respond to environmental or human health hazards (Spill detection equipment, dikes, berms, etc.).
