Key Functions: Secretarial services, front-line reception services, office administration and clerical support
Key Duties: Visitor reception, telephone services, data entry and database maintenance, correspondence formatting and typing, filing system management, appointment scheduling, inventory management, operation of office equipment
Mandatory Qualifications: Certificate in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or related discipline, or equivalent experience
Desirable Qualifications: Certificate in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Business Finance or related
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Finance and Accounting or related areas, including at least 1 year in government, private sector or similar institution
Selection Criteria: Experience, skills and abilities, knowledge, attitude, compliance with Public Service Values and Code of Conduct
Terms and Conditions: As stipulated in the Agreement of Service on appointment
