Update on the Stonegate Project:
The HOA and WBIF are covering funding for design and engineering. They are looking at project feasibility. KLA will be a contributor once in implementation phase.
South Access Construction:
They have cut down trees and plan to resume construction after Labor Day.
Discussed possible solutions to high E. coli counts in stream samples:
distribute manure management/manure set back information, increase targeted sampling for E. coli, or partner with UMN for a research project to pinpoint E. coli sources. NFCRWD staff will consider next steps in their 2026-2030 Monitoring Plan.
