Responsible for daily operations and the effective management of the office of the Tabibuga LLG, ensuring smooth service delivery and meeting administrative goals in a timely manner.

Key Duties:
Supervising staff, managing the LLG budget, formulating development policies, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Work Relations:
Internal coordination with District Administrator and other divisional heads; external coordination with public sector agencies, private sector partners, and NGOs.
Constraints Framework:
Compliance with public service regulations, ethical standards, and procedures for government vehicles and assets.
Decision Making:
Disciplinary actions as per General Orders and the Public Service Management Act.
Recommendations:
Improvements and recommendations to be directed to relevant authorities and sector managers.

Qualifications and Skills:
A Diploma in Public Administration or Local Level Government, with at least five years of relevant experience and proficiency in leadership, management, and communication skills.
