Response intervals: 1–20 TNs within 24 hours; over 20 TNs within 72 hours
FOC/Order commitment: Provided via email after complete and accurate LSR
Cutoff time: 3:00 PM Central for receipt at regional centers (counted next business day if later)
Bundled products policy: Full circuit disconnect if all local TNs are ported (customer letter or remark required)
FCC reference: FCC Order 09-41 (May 13, 2009) and one-business-day porting mandate effective August 1, 2010 for Verizon Business
Simple port criteria: Single-line account, no UNE, no complex switch translations
Business day definition: Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM local time (excluding weekends and holidays)
Simple port cutoff: 1 PM local time (NPAC region predominant time zone)
NPAC regions and time zones: Northeast/Eastern, Mid-Atlantic/Eastern, Southeast/Eastern, Midwest/Central, Southwest/Central, West Coast/Pacific, Western/Mountain
