Median price is the middle value of all similar listings in the market. If you sort all properties by price from lowest to highest, the median is the one exactly in the middle. Half of the listings are cheaper and half are more expensive. It helps show a typical market price without distortion from very cheap or very expensive properties.

This section is different from the median view. The median shows only a single reference point in the market — the middle price. This view looks at the entire market range instead, from the lowest to the highest prices among similar listings. It shows where the property sits within that full range and how it is positioned compared to all other homes, not just the middle value.
